As a new soccer coach a few years ago, I was at a loss where to start so I dove deep into the internet to find out any information I could about coaching.  That way I'd actually know what I was teaching and talking about, giving the players some confidence in me right from the start.  Imagine going to work for somebody who didn't have a clue how the business actually worked or what they were doing.  Ok, maybe that's not a good example to use ... moving right along!

Soccer-Coach-L A very good site for new and seasoned soccer coaches with lots of great information including a coaching manual created by a dedicated group of soccer coaches, practice plans, & practical guidelines.   SoccerHelp.com Another great site with over 700 online pages of information for all age groups including practice games, practice plans, forum, coach finder and more!   Footy4Kids A superb site with lots of games, drills, articles, practice plans, a newsletter, advice, downloads, & more!     Decatur Soccer Drills An excellent resource for many drills, games, and practice plans.   Jeff Benjamin's Goalkeeper Training There's never enough emphasis on training methods for goalkeepers, but this site is all about those net minders!     Bigfoot Soccer Online A good site with video clips to improve playing skills and knowledge of the game.
