1. Where is The Soccer Patch located?
We are located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
2. Do you ship outside of Canada?
No we do not. As we are affiliated with SoccerHelp.com,
we only service Canadian customers. The benefit of this is that coaches and
associations across Canada do not have to incur border duty and broker fee's, and you get
your orders quicker as they're not held up with custom's
services. The quicker the
better if you run out of patches and you have your team nipping at your heels
for them!
3. What carrier do you use to ship
orders?
We use Canada Post exclusively.
4. How long does it take for orders
to arrive?
Estimated arrival time by standard
service is 3-7
business days depending on the delivery
location. There is no guaranteed delivery time with standard service, but
major centers across Canada can take up to a week for delivery, with more remote
locations taking longer. Xpresspost
service takes 2-3 business days for delivery and is guaranteed and
traceable through Canada Post. Business days are
Monday-Friday.
5. What payment methods do you
accept?
At this time we accept orders online through PayPal who
accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover credit cards securely
as well as other alternate methods of payment like eCheck.
You do not need to have an active PayPal account to place an order.
6. Why doesn't PayPal show the
individual items I bought?
PayPal will show your order as "TheSoccerPatch.com
Order". However, each order is shipped with a completed receipt of
all
items purchased.
7. Is my information safe &
protected?
We at The Soccer Patch hold fast to the privacy of every
customer. We do not release anybody's personal information to anyone!
Any images or comments received are not used on this website without the
explicit permission of the owner first.
8. What if my order arrives damaged?
If any patches are damaged, please return them to us for
inspection and we will gladly replace them for you. The shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer, but we will pay
for shipping the replacement patches back to you.

I've
got all these patches. How do I store them?
Here's a great idea for storing and toting those patches
to practices and games. Store them in a fishing tackle box or a
Plano clear organizer box with adjustable compartments! They're the
perfect size and they keep the patches separated into their colours and designs
perfectly.
10. How come some patches
have a sticker with SoccerHelp.com on them?
The Soccer Patch is the distributor in Canada
for the patches from SoccerHelp. We do this to alleviate the shipping time
and duties involved on each shipment, making the purchase a much simpler process
for our Canadian customers. Plus, SoccerHelp has other great features that
can be utilized by coaches as well, so check them out along with the other links
